JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Come work as a sales development representative at a fast-paced, ever-growing Philadelphia marketing start-up! We offer a competitive wage for a dynamic position that allows you to let your communication skills and personality shine while directly contributing to the revenue and growth of our company! This is an entry-level position (starting between 25-30 hours per week) for a motivated and ambitious individual looking to improve their sales experience. We offer ongoing sales training with the opportunity to grow and advance your sales career!


Responsibilities and Duties

 

As a Sales Development Representative, your job would be to initiate the sales conversation. You will focus on identifying potential prospects that meet our target profile and creating a strategy to reach and engage with the appropriate decision makers. You will use a multi-channel (email, phone, social, video) communication strategy to generate interest, leads and sales appointments for our Account Executives.


  • Research target industries and ideal target companies that could benefit from Superhuman Prospecting's outbound services
  • Identify the most ideal prospects and decision makers within each organization
  • Develop and create a multi-touch, multi-channel outbound strategy utilizing cold calls, emails, video, social and more to reach prospective customers
  • Develop relationships with prospects to generate sales-ready conversations for our account executives
  • Handle and overcome objections


Qualifications and Skills

 

  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Eager to proactively engage with prospects via a high volume of cold calls and emails
  • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills
  • Ability to use different computer systems, CRMs, sales tools and platforms
  • Strong phone presence
  • Strong persuasion skills
  • Ability to think on your feet


Requirements


  • 1 year of B2B sales or sales development experience preferred
  • New Grads also considered - Must be motivated and eager to grow
  • Regularly meet and exceed goals and quotas
  • College Degree preferred
  • Part-Time - 15-25 hours with opportunity for Full-time within 6-8 months
