Our Permanent Work-From-Home Call Center Representatives are responsible for outbound calling on a multiple number of business to business projects (B TO B) only!
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
· Stable and high-speed internet (60 Mbps)
· RAM of 8gb or higher
· Ability to work from a quiet home office setting
· Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
· Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude
· Ability to problem solve and multitask
· Willingness to maintain confidentiality
· Ability to remain in stationary position 95% of the time. We need you to do what you do best, reaching out to businesses!
· Ability to exchange accurate information over the phone
· Appointment setting/outbound experience a plus
Monday - Friday between 8:45am – 5:00pm (Eastern Time)
Work 20-39 hours
