OUR COMPANY:


Superhuman Prospecting is a human-to-human lead generation company based out of Philadelphia. Superhuman Prospecting specializes in cold calling, inside sales, and sales development for B2B organizations in a variety of industries. Although in today's world, internet advertising is most prevalent, people still like connecting with businesses via a human connection.


It is an absolutely incredible time to be a part of our team. Last year we doubled in size and now we are looking to continue the growth by assembling a sales team to help build Superhuman Prospecting and take us to the next level!


THE POSITION:


The account executive position is designed and focused specifically on bringing in new accounts for our cold call, appointment setting, and inside sales department to help other businesses grow their lead generation and sales funnel.


For the talented and skilled salesperson, building a book of business should come quickly. Not only will virtually every business be a prospect, but the amount of competition currently in the B2B inside sales and cold call appointment setting industry is almost non-existent in the region.


Many companies are in dire need of leads, and so many digital marketing companies focused on webdesign, SEO, and social media have flooded the lead generation marketplace, leaving a gap for companies like SHP to round out lead generation marketing strategies for B2B companies.


Your job as a account executive for SHP would be to engage the market on this idea, helping them understand the gap in the marketplace we fill.


Specific tasks for this position include:


  • Education, familiarity, and expertise on the SHP, cold call, inside sales, and appointment setting department process
  • Cold calling and inside sales campaigns on a regular basis to build a network and database of leads and contacts
  • Using social selling tools such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, and Alignable to connect with prospects to round out the touch-point process
  • Attend local networking events regularly to generate leads and build local relationships
  • Daily CRM management and activity
  • Email communication and outbound marketing to targeted contacts, leads, and clients
  • On the phone and in-person sales presentations with decision makers including manager, ā€œCā€ suite executives, and owners/operators
  • Proposal writing and delivery
  • Invoicing and reporting
  • Regular performance, metric, and analytic tracking to continually identify and improve performance


What we're looking for:


  • 1-2 years of Sales experience
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to learn and understand our clients' offerings
  • Ability to shift and adapt from industry to industry
  • College degree preferred
  • Local Philadelphia candidates preferred but will consider the right remote applicant


Compensation


  • Salary + Commissions
  • $35k-$100k with commissions
  • PTO Days
  • 2 work-from-home days per month for local residents
