At Superhuman Prospecting (SHP), our primary service is to provide outsourced, inside sales development, cold calling, appointment setting, and more to business across the nation and the globe. Our team of client SDRs make sales development calls on behalf of our clients. Your job as an account manager is extremely important because you are the strategic sales consultant working directly with clients to help manage campaign success and sell them on more opportunity to work with us.
While this is a manager level role, this position is designed for candidates with 1-3 years of customer service, professional sales, or operations management experience. The accounts that junior level account managers work with our small to mid size businesses and are typically pilot or small contract programs. The goal of the junior account manager (AM) role is to onboard, retain, and renew SHP clients. As a junior AM, you will work with smaller accounts first to gain confidence and experience in the SHP process. Once you have found success retaining and renewing, there are larger mid-size to enterprise level accounts to grow into. This role is an amazing opportunity to become a dynamic communicator, salesperson, copywriter, and client success manager.
This is a REMOTE position currently but prefer to hire locally within the Philadelphia area with the hope to go back in-office at our headquarters in Norristown, PA sometime in the future.
