Overview: Superhuman Prospecting (SHP) is a fast-growing, US-based, sales development outsourcing company that serves small, midsize, and enterprise level B2B businesses. We specialize in “the conversation connecting humans to value”, so our primary services include cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, and sales development conversations on behalf of our clients. We also provide target list building services and inside sales support.
We are looking for a sales development representative to create new business sales opportunities for our sales team to help grow our client base and contribute to our fast growth in 2022 and beyond.
Position Summary: The inside sales representative is responsible for cold calling B2B sales, lead qualification, and pipeline management. In addition, they respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, and work to establish new business relationships. They provide exceptional customer service to all customers, internal and external. As part of a sales team, they are responsible for preparing proposals and maintaining their own book of business through a full sales cycle. With a sales mentality they continuously look for growth opportunities. Successful ISR’s provide customers with industry knowledge and expertise, exceptional service and support, and quality services with consistent outcomes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications/Requirements:
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Education: 4 Year College degree, preferred
Experience: Two (2) or more years in a phone sales environment, preferably cold calling
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None required.
Equipment or Process:
In-house (Provided) Computer, headset document scanner, and other standard office equipment.
Remote (BYOE)
Mental and Visual Demands: Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle customer objections and negotiations
Physical Demands: This position requires prolonged sitting. The employee may be required to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to twenty (20) pounds.
Tradeshow, Special Projects, and Travel Requirements: < 10% travel. Customer visitations and sales calls are permitted and encouraged with the consent of the Manager, Sales or VP, Sales and Marketing.
Work Environment: Climate controlled office setting.
Salary: 35k - 70k+ (Base + Commissions)
