Our team of client call team members make sales development calls on behalf of our clients. Your job as an account manager is extremely important because you are the strategic sales consultant working directly with clients to help manage campaign success and sell them on more opportunity to work with us.

The account manager’s primary duties revolve around three primary areas - onboarding, retaining, and growing. 

 

 

Job Description

 

While this is a manager level role, this position is designed for candidates with 2-5 years of customer service, account executive, or operations management experience. The account managers work with our small, mid, and large-size businesses on pilot contracts and long term partnerships. The following lists tasks for performance expectations to be fulfilled and satisfied:

 

Onboarding

 

  • Prepare, plan, and present to clients the SHP process via kick off calls and onboarding meetings
  • Learn products and services of clients to become on staff subject matter expert
  • Write sales copy and work with operations call team to help them learn client value proposition and subject matter
  • Explain and articulate how SHP process works, help them see value in what SHP provides, and set performance expectations for campaigns

 

Retaining

 

  • Analyze and report back to client how campaigns are performing for appropriate feedback
  • Make adjustments and calibrate campaigns based on SHP call campaign performance and SHP team member notes and meeting
  • Help sell and resell value of SHP process and service to clients, regularly

Growing

 

  • Identify upsell opportunities for clients that increase activity and service levels
  • Identify renewal opportunity for outdated contracts
  • Find new clients for SHP and your account ledger
