OUR COMPANY:

 

Superhuman Prospecting - powered by Pereus Marketing - is a human-to-human lead generation company based out of Philadelphia, with our main office located in Norristown, PA. We specialize in cold calling, telemarketing, & lead generation for the 21st Century. Although in today's world, internet advertising is most prevalent, we believe people still enjoy connecting with businesses via a human connection.

 

However, the rules have changed a little bit! Superhuman uses a different approach and has adapted traditional cold calling and human-to-human marketing methods to combat the negative "salesman stigma," while also keeping the client happy.

 

Our clients are businesses seeking leads and market research via telemarketing or cold calling.

 

 

Responsibilities and Duties

 

THE POSITION:

 

Your job, whether appointment setting, lead generating, or marketing researching via the phone, would be to learn our client’s product knowledge and script, spark excitement about the specific product or service, and then encourage them to move to the next step with our client.

 

What is so unique about this position is creativity, dynamism, and execution are critical. The reason for that is that we are calling on multiple industries all the time; adapting and shifting to a different market by the day. We are constantly problem solving and trying to identify the “algorithm” connecting our clients’ prospects to their product or service.

 


Qualifications and Skills

 

  • Excellent people skills

  • Enjoy learning and understanding our clients' offerings
  • Ability to shift and adapt from client to client
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Business Drive skills expected
  • Ability to adapt to different computer systems, CRMs, and platforms
  • Strong phone presence
  • Comfortable with technology and computers
  • Strong persuasion skills
  • Ability to think on your feet


Requirements (for remote callers)

  • Stable & High speed internet - susceptible to a speed test to make sure it is efficient (preferred 3 – 5 megabits)
  • Logitech Headset - if you do not own one, please let hiring manager know ASAP so we can send you one (will be deducted from 1st check)
  • Quiet office setting
  • PC preferred running Windows 10
  • Thorough technological understanding of your equipment
  • May be subject to Internet speed testing
  • Experience with Google Enterprise (Google Sheets, Docs, etc)
  • Experience with web-based CRMs
  • Experience with VOIP/softphones such as Vonage


Compensation & What is Provided
